Weak Crystal – Mandolin – Pennsylvania
I recently bought this watch as a gift for someone, and the crystal shattered after a very, very light “impact”. (a light brush against a tabletop actually) The crystal must have had a defect to break so easily.
I am now, after 2 weeks of trying, having a very hard time getting anyone at the manufacturing/ service center to help me with this problem. I would strongly recommend more research on these watches to anyone looking at purchasing one.
